My PlayMap is an online formation and play design tool available at myplaymap.com. It's free to use. By accessing or using My PlayMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
My PlayMap is provided for lawful, personal, educational, or organizational use — including coaches, choreographers, teachers, and players who want a better way to design plays. It is not intended for commercial resale.
You agree not to use My PlayMap to:
We reserve the right to suspend access for anyone who misuses the platform. We promise to use that right sparingly and only when deserved.
The plays and formations you create are yours. We don't claim ownership over content you create using My PlayMap.
However, by saving plays to the cloud, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content back to you. We will not share your plays with other users or use them for any other purpose.
The My PlayMap application itself — including its code, design, branding, and name — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
My PlayMap may include affiliate links — for example, links to sports equipment, resources, or training materials. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep My PlayMap free for everyone.
Affiliate links are always to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the products, services, or privacy practices of those sites.
My PlayMap is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be available 100% of the time, free of bugs, or suitable for any particular purpose.
We are a small project. Sometimes things break. We'll do our best to fix them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My PlayMap and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other losses arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of My PlayMap is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months — which, for most users, is zero.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
The browser-only experience is and will remain free. If you just want to design plays without an account, that will always cost you nothing.
Cloud storage — saving your plays to an account so you can access them across devices — is currently free. However, running an app and storing user data comes with real costs: server fees, database hosting, and bandwidth. As My PlayMap grows, those costs grow too.
At some point in the future, a paid tier may be introduced for cloud features. If that happens, we will:
We'll also do our best to grandfather in existing users fairly. We're not here to pull the rug — we just want to be honest that sustaining a free service long-term isn't always possible without some form of support.
We may also update My PlayMap's features or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which My PlayMap operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and My PlayMap regarding your use of the service.
